What to Expect From Your Inspection

Our home inspectors abide by The A.S.H.I. Code of Ethics to promote a high standard of professionalism, business ethics, and inspection procedures. The A.S.H.I. Standards of Practice serve as the foundation that guides our home inspectors to conduct high quality home inspections.

After we walk through the home together, our inspectors will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your REALTOR®. We will mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. Within 24 hours of your inspection, we will send you an easy-to-read Spectora report, delivered in HTML or a PDF format.
